Jazmín has more than 6 years of experience in tax law, with a special focus on the design of defense strategy in tax judicial litigation in the various instances of the Judiciary: contentious administrative processes, judicial execution processes and constitutional protection processes.
Likewise, she has experience in contentious and non-contentious tax procedures before the different tax authorities, advising the main national taxpayers from different sectors of the economy.
Additionally, in her professional development, she has collaborated in advising companies in the mining sector on investment projects with the Peruvian State and Stability Agreements, as well as in VAT refund procedures linked to special regimes.
