Valeria Rojas is an Associate at Zegarra LLC Abogados, a law firm specializing in tax and corporate law. She holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Throughout her professional career, she has participated in tax audit proceedings and tax litigation before the Tax Administration and the Tax Court, as well as in judicial proceedings before the Peruvian Judiciary. In addition, she has worked on matters related to international taxation, the tax treatment applicable to the mining sector, and legal stability agreements, among other areas.
